Private parties are a perfect way to commemorate events with a custom painting tailored to your taste
What makes us different?
Your custom painting is created and taught by award winning local artist and instructor Stephanie Bagwell. We come to you or a space of your choice!
Your event is planned and styled to your taste, want specific colors or themes for a picture perfect time? We can make it happen! Need Stephanie to take extra pictures or make a custom photo backdrop for your event? She is the artist who can do it all!
Important things to note before booking your party:
*Party size can be anywhere from 5-15 people.
*Participants must be 6+ years old for a paint party.
(Champagne bottle parties are only for adults)
*This is a mobile event. We provide the canvases, paints, easels, table cloths and tables/ chairs (if needed) and we set up everything at the location of your choice. *Need a location? Contact Stephanie for a list of vendors/ spaces we work with!
*Parties typically take between 2-3 hours depending on the painting choice.
*Please book your party at least 2-4 weeks in advance. Scheduling fills quickly.
*Every guest keeps their painting/ creation at the end of the night!

11x14" Canvas
5-10 Guests: $300
15 Guests $370
(Each additional guest is $30)
16x20" Canvas
5-10 Guests: $375
15 Guests: $485
(Each additional guest is $35)
*Prices include a custom made painting for your event! Need inspiration? We have sample paintings you can also choose from!
We provide all the essentials: tables, tablecloths, paints, brushes, canvases, chairs.
(You bring the wine!)
*We have drop cloths available upon request.
In order to reserve your date we require a 30% deposit up front. The rest will be charged on the day of your event. Deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will be given the option to reschedule if you provide at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you cancel 'day of' there will be no option to reschedule.
Paint Your Champagne Bottle Party

Paint Your Own Champagne Bottle Prices:
5- 10 Guests: $450
15 Guests $650
(Each additional guest is $40)
Prices include a custom designed bottle made just for you! The guest of honor can take it home in addition to their own bottle!
